Training and Development is seen as a strategic investment for the future success of DKSH. As a knowledge-based company, we constantly need to find better ways to add value for our principals, customers and shareholders.

Continuous learning from external and internal best practices while constantly challenging the status quo is one of our success factors. Beside local and country-specific training activities, we have established a Corporate Training and Development Curriculum.

Besides external trainings on an individual basis to date, our Fantree University includes the following five established programs:

	DKSH Fantree Leadership Program A challenging program for our High Potential Managers held in collaboration with INSEAD Business School.
	DKSH Fantree Executive Program A program focusing on topics such as strategic thinking, value innovation, and global management developed in collaboration with INSEAD Business School. A second module with emphasis on strategic negotiations for long-term partnerships has been developed together with employees of the Harvard Negotiation Project.
	DKSH Product Manager Program A training designed to strengthen the impact of our Product Management, also developed in collaboration with INSEAD Business School.
	DKSH Supply Chain Manager Program Distributing goods is one of our core competences. We have therefore elaborated a program together with Cranfield University to enhance our supply chain management.
	360-Degree Feedback Tool The 360-degree feedback tool ensures the competency and leadership development. It is one of the most powerful tools available and has a proven track record for personal development.
