DKSH is a leading provider of Market Expansion Services for consumer goods companies. We provide access to multiple channels in 13 markets in Asia Pacific, including modern and traditional trade, drugstores, pharmacies, salons, hotels, clinics and hospitals. We also build new channels, such as e-commerce, in all markets. With our strong customer management, we cater to the full service channels in a majority of our markets and also have access to premium spas and hotels where we offer a range of prestige hair and skin cosmetics.

Our comprehensive Market Expansion Services extend from market entry studies, marketing and sales, and distribution and logistics services such as registration, importation, customs clearance, redressing, invoicing and cash collection. Through our unparalleled capillary distribution network and 70 distribution centers in Asia, we serve 275,000 retail outlets in Asia. In addition, the expertise and broad local knowledge of our nearly 20,000 specialists enable us to better understand our business partners’ needs and deliver customized solutions to grow their businesses.

Consumer Goods companies with no or limited presence in Asia work with DKSH to open up business opportunities in markets.
