Our services range from calibration, installation, configuration and commissioning, to application engineering, modifications, and production process reviews to improve efficiency and capacity, and quality assurance and control (out-of-box control, functional testing, warranty on repair services, etc.). They further include warranty services, emergency breakdown, repair, and maintenance service programs; spare parts programs such as Vendor Managed Inventory or factory store to cut delivery times; training, seminars, and demonstrations.
Our services at a glance
Our teams conduct frequent preventive maintenance cycles based on machine checklists. This involves replacement of wear-and-tear parts, re-adjustment and re-calibration, data management, and additional technical advice.
Emergency service
We provide emergency service for all equipments sold through our company or through other channels. We give technical assistance via telephone, conduct customer visits and offer a remote service. We also solve machine malfunctions and return the machine to normal operation. As a rule, we provide a 24/7 emergency service that lets you concentrate on your core-business.
Extended warranty service
Our mobile service teams repair components, equipments, and whole machines and systems.
Installation and commissioning
We install machines and equipments at your sites. Our commissioning program includes on-site training for operators and maintenance staff.
Calibration
Our engineers and technicians execute technical audits in order to enhance machine availability and improve utilization to assure an efficient production process. We also calibrate laboratory equipment and validate equipment especially for the food and pharmacy industries.
Overhaul and refurbishment
We upgrade equipment and conduct machine checks. If necessary we involve technicians directly from suppliers for supervising purposes.
Spare parts management

Training, seminars and demonstrations
