The compact automated unit Qpol 250BOT combines grinding and polishing station, ultrasonic cleaning station, media changer, dosing system and an integrated settling tank into one machine and is seamlessly integrated into the System Lab. Intuitive operation via touchscreen and a user friendly system for tightening and releasing the sample holder allow for quick results. Qpol 250BOT offers convenience and safety.

Designed and developed by QATM, the compact automated process system (Systemautomat) provides fully automatic grinding and polishing including the cleaning and drying process. The visualized program control detects/records every process making it documentable and repeatable at all times. The stations may be combined in 4 rows or 8 rows as system-integrated versions according to requirements.

Fully integrated into the System Lab 2.0, the compact grinding and polishing automat Qpol 250BOT binds together several meters of standard equipment for grinding and polishing in one unit, e. g. changer with stack for 16 grinding and polishing media, integrated dosing unit and settling tank.

The process is automated by intuitive touch-screen controls. Easy manual loosening and tightening of sample holder for central pressure simplifies the preparation process. Grinding or polishing media is automatically changed and all parameters can be adjusted directly during the process. The semi-covered working space with large panel and light-barrier provide a high safety standard.

Designed and developed by QATM, the compact SYSTEMAUTOMAT completely automates the grinding and polishing aspects of the specimen preparation process. Simple touch-screen controls access all parameters and procedures.

The Systemautomat ensures that each specimen is properly processed and guarantees reproducible results and, in addition more space for sample analysis. Elements for the Systemautomat come from the System Lab cabinets and equipment.

Within the sturdy aluminium housing, it is possible to install 4 to 8 system work stations. Up to 11 different operations can be programmed and sequenced for a particular application.

Options include pre-grinding, grinding and polishing as well as cleaning and drying in any combination.The Systemautomat automatically proceeds from one step to the next, eliminating the manual, time-consuming task of cleaning each sample holder between steps. With its modular construction the SYSTEMAUTOMAT has a price-to-performance ratio that makes it a cost effective system even for lower volume labs.
