Sammic dough rollers are designed to roll out cold dough for pizza or other flat dough, allowing to adjust thickness and diameter to each user’s needs. They are designed for discontinuous use in foodservice, food retail and institutions.
With stainless steel body and base, the position of the rolls is indicated to obtain rounded dough bases.
