Introducing the compact IS-300CA 300 amp MFDC welder, designed to meet high-output needs in limited production spaces. Featuring six control modes, power ranging from .050-20 kA in three ranges, and precision for small or fine jobs, this inverter spot welder boasts advanced features. With flexible weld profiles allowing three pulses per cycle, customizable segments with upslope and downslope, and up to 19 pulsations, this welder is versatile.

 

Ideal for applications like wire termination, switch assemblies, battery tabs, foils, and tang welds, the IS-300CA ensures closed-loop feedback control and rapid response times in small to medium-scale settings.

The KN-200A and its proprietary fast force follow-up feature eliminates weld expulsion, preventing entrapment of ejected materials in projection welded electronic devices – a common cause of PIND (particle impact noise detection) failure.

 

Designed to accommodate a variety of metal projection welding applications including sensors, frequency devices, filaments, heating elements, photonic packages, strain gauges and transducers.
