The Brookfield FAST system has a rugged design with non-moving parts. The STT-100 In-Line Viscometer is designed to provide years of trouble-free service in closed loop systems which require constant monitoring and associated control of product viscosity. This instrument is 3A approved and has been used successfully in many food applications.
