DKSH Malaysia’s Consumer Goods Logistics (CGL) 1 Distribution Center has successfully upgraded its TAPA Facility Security Requirements (FSR) certification to “Classification A”. Achieving the highest level marks a significant milestone for the facility, reflecting DKSH Malaysia’s continued commitment to maintaining the highest standards in supply chain security and its ongoing efforts to strengthen and enhance its logistics infrastructure.

Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, March 6, 2026 – DKSH, a leading provider of Market Expansion Services in Asia and beyond, has successfully upgraded the supply chain protection status of its Consumer Goods Logistics (CGL) 1 Distribution Center to TAPA Facility Security Requirements (FSR) Classification A, the highest internationally recognized standard for facility security. This achievement marks a significant advancement from the facility’s initial “Classification C” obtained in 2019.

Achieving “Classification A” reflects DKSH Malaysia’s continuous commitment to strengthening facility security standards and upholding global best practices across its operations. The upgrade underscores the company’s dedication to safeguarding goods, ensuring operational excellence, and providing customers with the highest level of supply chain security and service excellence.

TAPA FSR certifications are recognized globally as the benchmark for supply chain and logistics security. The independent certification process evaluates a facility’s ability to protect high-value and theft-sensitive goods, covering aspects such as physical security, access control, monitoring, and risk management.

Originally certified in 2019, CGL 1 has continually advanced its security infrastructure to meet evolving global standards. The recent upgrade involved addressing previous audit recommendations and implementing enhanced security measures, demonstrating DKSH Malaysia’s focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Ragesh Kumaran, Head of Supply Chain Management, Consumer Goods at DKSH Malaysia shared: “Achieving TAPA FSR Classification A is a significant milestone for our Consumer Goods Distribution Center. It reflects the rigorous enhancements we have made to strengthen our security infrastructure and safeguard highvalue consumer goods. This achievement is the result of our teams’ strong discipline, technical capability, and continual drive for operational improvement.

Joel Solomon, Head of Supply Chain Management, Malaysia & Brunei at DKSH, added: “This recognition reaffirms DKSH Malaysia’s leadership in building secure, futureready distribution environments. Our focus has been on embedding global best practices into every aspect of our logistics network, and the upgrade at our Consumer Goods Distribution Center demonstrates that commitment. As we continue to raise the benchmark for supply chain security, our clients and customers can rely on DKSH for greater confidence, continuity, and peace of mind.”
