DKSH has earned two SAP awards, one recognizing its excellence in the category “Best Customer Experience Management” and the other as the winner of the newly introduced “Sustainability Award”.
Kuala Lumpur, June 23, 2022 ‒ The Corporate Shared Services Centre of DKSH Holdings (Malaysia) Berhad has recently emerged as the winner of two regional “Best Run” awards organized by SAP.
As one of the world’s leading enterprise application providers, SAP hosted the award ceremony to celebrate leading organizations in Southeast Asia that have emphasized new ways of thinking, adapted to new norms, and deployed technologies that set the benchmark for others to follow.
DKSH has won the accolades for “Best Customer Experience Management” together with the “Sustainability Award”, the latter being a new award, introduced to highlight an exemplary customer that has adopted SAP technologies to innovate and disrupt industries to drive greater business outcomes.

SAP also recognized DKSH with a “Certificate of Appreciation” for being a “Key Business Leader” among the top 3 Malaysian Key Business Leaders who had participated in advocacy activities on SAP’S reference engagement platform.
