DKSH to Distribute Grace Specialty Chemical Products and Solutions in China

Shanghai, China, December 11, 2024 – DKSH, a leading distributor of specialty chemicals and ingredients, today announced it has signed a non-exclusive distribution agreement with W. R. Grace Trading (Hong Kong) Ltd.  (Grace), a leading global supplier of catalysts, engineered materials and fine chemicals, to distribute Grace’s chemical products and solutions to the Chinese market. Under the agreement, DKSH’s Performance Materials Business Unit will provide business development, marketing, sales, logistics, and distribution services for the Grace portfolio of silica-based products in China. These include matting agents, anti-corrosion pigments, molecular sieves, colloidal silica, and anti-block agents used by manufacturers of coatings, plastics and other industrial products.
