Custom-made cable and connector solutions

Are you looking for a cable or connector solution? The DKSH Harnessing Centre assembles a broad range of custom-made solutions tailored to your specific requirements. We use well-known quality branded connectors including from Wieland, Stäubli/Multi-Contact, Mennekes and ITT Veam to assemble our finished products. We are also able to source customer-specified or free issued connectors.

Our fully-customized solutions are suitable for a wide range of industries including:

  • Stage, lighting and entertainment: lighting control, temporary power and motor control
  • Mining
  • Food and beverage
  • Commercial lighting: Digital Addressable Lighting Interface (DALI) control and power
  • Industrial applications: harsh environments, where there is a requirement for high Ingress-Protection-rated (IP-rated) degree of protection from high pressure washdowns and chemical resistant areas

400A free end power lead

ITT Powerlock leads

Our ITT Powerlock extension leads are available in 400A or 660A versions. We use Tele-fonika RE110 single core cables due to the exceptional durability and current rating capacity.

Mennekes 230V interconnecting extension lead

Mennekes extension leads

Our Mennekes extension leads are custom-made using Mennekes connectors in 16A, 32A, 63A and 125A plugs and sockets in single phase 240v or 415v 3 phase IP44 or IP67 with Tele-fonika H07RN-F rubber cables for internal and external use.

Our custom-made cables with Wieland Electric connectors are the most versatile and comprehensive range of products we are able to produce for a number of different applications and numerous industries.

Pre-assembled DIN rail terminals

Din rail terminals and electro mechanical assemblies for OEM customers who regularly have the same configurations can be assembled ready to install into their switch cabinets, to speed up manufacturing times.

Free-end spiral cables

Spiral cables

We are able to manufacture using most cables within this catalogue, including PVC, polyurethane and screened cables. Rubber and high temperature cables are not suitable for spiral applications.

Cost effective, reliable and fully customized quality cable assembly solutions by utilizing IEC/TUV approved EN50618 DC solar cable and genuine Staubli (Multi-Contact) MC4 connectors.

Technical consultation
We provide you with technical support on the selection of cables and connectors that will best suit your applications.

Fast quotation times
For stocked parts and off-the-shelf items, you will recieve quote within 24 hours after the technical consultation has been completed.

Bill of Materials (BOM) and drawings
Prior to production, you will receive a technical drawing and bill of materials for approval. You will need to approve all drawn harnesses.

Quick production times
Your products will be made available with a maximum two-week lead time (please note this depends on the complexity of the harness).

Every product assembled is checked and electrically tested
Sub-assembly production can be utilized using customer-supplied components or we can source your specified components.
