Tokyo, Japan, June 5, 2019 － DKSH's Business Unit Technology received the “Distributor of the year” award from its key client, Setaram Instrumentation for its continuous effort to successfully increase sales in the Japanese market. The France-based company provides thermal analysis, calorimetry (measurement of heat linked to biological, chemical or physical processes) as well as gas and vapor sorption solutions for scientists. DKSH started the partnership with Setaram Instrumentation in 2015 and became their exclusive partner in 2019, providing import, sales and marketing as well as after-sales services in Japan.
The award ceremony took place during the international distribution and sales meeting, organized by the brands KEP Technologies and Setaram in Beijing, China. Business partners from five regions attended the event, including Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Asia-Pacific, North and South America, India and China. It is the first time that DKSH Japan has been awarded with this recognition by Setaram Instrumentation.
