AiiR settings stored in the HMI simplify job recall, reducing waste and setup time. With a wide standard substrate range (12-450 microns), it handles diverse materials without modifications. The FL3 Digital is a label production platform designed for seamless digital workflow integration. Developed in partnership with Canon and FFEI, it's built on Edale's reliable web transport system and combines UV inkjet production print technology with fast-change flexo and die-cutting, featuring AIIR automated impression, inking, and registration technology.

Edale's in-house capabilities allow for tailored solutions to fit your current and future needs. The FL3 Digital can be expanded with flexo printing, embellishment, and finishing units, transforming it into an integrated single-pass label conversion line.
