A BINDER material test chamber with mechanical convection of the FP series provides reliably short drying times and particularly fast heating – even for chambers under full loads.
Benefits
Heating chambers with forced convection and program functions
BINDER has a range of heating chambers in different versions, precisely tailored to suit specific requirements and tasks. In its Classic.Line FP series, BINDER has developed extremely complex temperature testing chambers, which also meet high quality standards and offer a broad variety of programming options. The forced convection provides short drying times and fast heating up times, which is a real benefit, especially when chambers are fully loaded.
BINDER heating chambers with forced convection and program functions in the FP series are powerful and extremely accurate. They can be operated within a temperature range of between 5 °C and 300 °C. Heating chambers in the FP series boast almost unlimited adjustment opportunities, with the option to program temperature cycles, the fan speed setting for each program interval, the weekly program timer, and the real-time clock of the controller.
BINDER heating chambers for impressively consistent test conditions
Homogeneous temperature distribution is guaranteed in the usable space thanks to the patented APT.line™ preheating chamber technology. The heating chamber's fan helps maintain the temperature accuracy here. Sample conditions are consistent across the entire usable space, regardless of the amount or size of the sample.
Alongside their high performance and efficiency, and varied programming options, BINDER's heating chambers with forced convection are also incredibly user-friendly. All of the unit's functions are clearly arranged and the settings for them can be adjusted with ease. Cleaning is no hassle at all thanks to the stainless steel finish of the interior, the preheating chamber, and the inner sides of the doors, while a serial interface (RS 422) allows the FP series heating chambers to communicate with computers.
Ideal for a wide range of industry, research, and quality assurance applications, BINDER temperature testing chambers can meet even the most exacting of demands.
