DKSH Continues its Track Record of Success at the Asia eCommerce Awards 2021

DKSH can add another feather in its cap, as the company has been awarded for its excellence with 14 trophies at the Asia eCommerce Awards 2021. This important industry recognition is testament to our strong relationships and close collaboration with our clients who entrust DKSH to drive digital strategy, performance marketing, and eCommerce sales for them.

Singapore, March 4, 2022 ‒ DKSH was among the big winners at the 2021 Asia eCommerce Awards, presented by MARKETING magazine, Asia’s leading source of advertising, marketing, and media intelligence. 

DKSH has won 13 awards from an independent jury consisting of industry experts for work done with its clients and business partners Unilever, Emborg, LaCorium, Medinova, and Foodpanda. In addition to the five gold, six silver, and two bronze awards across nine categories, DKSH also walked away with the eCommerce Agency of the Year Award for its outstanding performance across all categories.

The 13 awards were awarded in the following categories: five gold trophies in the categories Best eCommerce Consultant, Best in eCommerce (Brands) ‒ Beauty & Wellness, Best in eCommerce (Brands) ‒ Healthcare & Pharma, Best in eCommerce (Brands) ‒ Lifestyle & Travel, and Best eCommerce Fulfillment; six silver trophies in the categories Best in eCommerce (Brands) ‒ Food & Beverage, Best in eCommerce (Marketplace/eRetailer) ‒ Food & Beverage, Best eCommerce Customer Service, Best eCommerce Campaign ‒ Mobile, Best in eCommerce (Brands) – Healthcare & Pharma, as well as Best eCommerce Fulfillment, and two bronze trophies in the categories Best eCommerce (Brands) Food & Beverage and Best eCommerce Consultant.

With digitalization as a key pillar of DKSH’s strategy and the eCommerce business being an integral part of its service offerings, DKSH has consistently expanded its eCommerce capabilities over the past years. In 2021, eCommerce net sales grew double digit, reaching over 300 million Swiss francs. DKSH now provides its eCommerce operations in ten Asian markets and promotes more than 900 brands across a broad spectrum of FMCG, consumer health, beauty, and lifestyle categories. Its unique omni-channel approach enables DKSH to successfully manage end-to-end eCommerce activities, which range from operations to commercials, and include effective performance marketing campaigns.
