DKSH has reached an agreement with Guylian Belgian Chocolates to promote its brand and drive market share across China.

Shanghai, China, February 4, 2021 - DKSH Business Unit Consumer Goods has entered into a distribution agreement with Guylian in China. Guylian is one of the top-ten best-selling boxed chocolate brands, producing a wide range of Belgian Chocolates in a state-of-the-art facility in Sint-Niklaas, Belgium. Guylian chocolates are sold in over 120 countries across Europe, Asia, Australia and America. By partnering with DKSH, Guylian aims to grow its business byfurther expanding its omni-channel presence in China.
The target of this partnership is to grow the brand and market share in the Chinese market by leveraging DKSH's sales force and distribution network in local retail businesses. Under the agreement, DKSH will provide a full-service package, managing sourcing, market analysis and research, marketing and sales, distribution and logistics as well as after-sales services support for the full series of Guylian's seasonal and everyday chocolate products. DKSH will make Guylian's product range accessible through China's modern trade, traditional trade, convenience stores, wedding channels as well as e-commerce channels.
