DKSH Partners with Guang Yao (Zhuhai Hengqin) Pharmaceuticals Import and Export Company Limited to Strengthen Healthcare Expansion in the Greater Bay Area

Hong Kong, April 24, 2025 – DKSH’s Business Unit Healthcare, a strategic healthcare business partner in Asia and beyond, has recently signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Guang Yao (Zhuhai Hengqin) Pharmaceuticals Import and Export Company Limited, marks the beginning of a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing healthcare accessibility in the Greater Bay Area (GBA).

The Greater Bay Area, comprising nine Mainland Chinese cities (Zhaoqing, Guangzhou, Huizhou, Foshan, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Jiangmen) along with Hong Kong and Macau. By expanding DKSH Hong Kong’s operational territory from Hong Kong and Macau to the GBA, this partnership unlocks significant business opportunities and growth potential.

As part of its commitment to optimizing supply chain capabilities, DKSH Hong Kong has also invested in the renovation of its bonded warehouse in Qianhaiwan (GBA Distribution Center). This facility has been upgraded into a cost-efficient pharmaceutical-grade warehouse, improving cost competitiveness in securing new distribution businesses and enhancing supply chain management efficiency for existing pharmaceutical clients with bulk storage needs.
