DKSH Cambodia is Recognized Among the Best Companies to Work for in Asia by HR Asia

Cambodia, Phnom Penh, February 15, 2022 – DKSH has been announced as one of the winners of "Best Companies to Work for Asia 2021" in Cambodia. The Awards recognize the companies with world-class employee engagement and workplace excellence that demonstrate empathy and care for their employees.

The Awards covered twelve markets across the region, including mainland China, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam, making this the region's largest recognition program and survey for employee engagement. 

HR Asia has conducted an in-depth employee engagement survey on employee engagement, motivation, and expectation via the Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) platform among the employees in Cambodia. DKSH got a higher score than the industry and market average, which placed the company among the winners of 175 companies in the Cambodian market.
