Since 1980, ATTO has been developing luminescent detectors for HPLC. Our team developed measurement methods for biological activities of living cells by bioluminescence and chemiluminescence, and finally we commercialized microtiter plate reader "Luminescencer" in 1991. In 1997, ATTO released "Luminescencer JNR" as a luminometer for microtiter plates, followed by "Luminescencer PSN" as a luminometer for microtubes. The consistent innovation of ATTO has established it as a luminescence technology leader.
Furthermore, ATTO has developed a variety of basic technologies, including bioluminescent imaging, active oxygen measurement, multicolor separation, luminescent spectrophotometer, secretory luciferase (Cluc), and studied the mechanism of firefly luciferase reaction, global standardization of luminescent measurements, and near infrared measurement.

Multimode microplate reader for multi-purpose
A multimode microplate reader measuring absorbance (ABS), kinetics, spectrum, area scan and luminescence (LUMI), with a wavelength range of 200 to 999 nm. It is also capable of measuring microvolume samples (NANO: 2L).
It is a multi-plate format compatible with 6/12/24/48/96/384 well plates. The "quantitative analysis mode" of quantitative analysis automatically establishes calibration curves and converts concentrations during the measurement, and the analysis results can be saved in Excel.
"Qualitative mode" enables users to establish cutoff values and determine whether target molecules are positive or negative. Furthermore, the optional "Nano Volume plate" can be used to measure absorbance and spectral properties of 24 samples in a minimum volume of 2 µL.

Phelios(AB-2350) is a microplate luminometer for measuring multiple samples with high efficiency of light detection. Phelios is available to measure the diverse wavelength of bioluminescence from 350 to 670nm in 96,384 well microplate. It is designed to achieve high sensitivity with an optical system that is extremely desirable for bioluminescent detection in low noise photon counting.
Additionally, it is capable of reproducible measurement by means of an internal temperature controller and an accurate pump in repeated injection. It is also possible to measure the samples by automatic filtering even when different multi-colors are generated.
