SiberHegner was the first company in Japan to sell premium chocolate raw materials for truffles, pralines, cakes and other confectionery products, in partnership with high-quality Swiss couverture chocolate manufacturer, Felchlin. This partnership has prospered since its beginnings in the early 1970s.
In 1992, the concept of a technical training center, as already exists in Switzerland, was adopted and SiberHegner opened Condirama Japan in Yokohama. Since then, our highly qualified chefs train existing and potential customers and conduct seminars for confectioners who use Felchlin products.
This ongoing commitment to excellence and innovation has helped to lift the total confectionary industry level in Japan while increasing Felchin’s market share.
It all goes to show: even after more than 40 years of successful collaboration, we do not rest on our laurels and continue to propose new and exciting confectionary products for the Japanese market.
