DKSH has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Metadynea. The company is the regional market and technology leader in resins and glues as well as a specialist for halogen free flame retardants, fine chemicals and toll manufacturing in Europe.

Zurich, Switzerland, January 21, 2020 – Under the agreement, DKSH Business Unit Performance Materials will provide a wide-ranging service offering for Metadynea's environmentally-friendly, halogen-free flame retardants (HFFRs), including market analysis and research, marketing and sales, distribution and logistics as well assemble management, technical consulting for customers and after-sales services. The partnership will be effective in Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Liechtenstein, Slovakia, Slovenia and Switzerland.
Metadynea's portfolio of Special DOPO derivatives and phosphor acid-based derivatives improve flame retardancy and can be used across a broad spectrum of applications, such as composites for aviation and transportation, epoxy and polyurethanes for adhesives and sealants in addition to textiles for special working wear.
Metadynea has selected DKSH as its preferred distribution partner due to DKSH's diversified distribution network, strong capabilities in logistics, proven track record in the target industries and its sales and marketing competences.
