2. Is There a Minimum Order Amount?

 

For same-day delivery, the minimum order amount is NTD 3,000.
We recommend consolidating your orders based on inventory needs to ensure efficient delivery and avoid falling below the minimum order value, saving both time and handling effort. 

 

3. What Are the Payment Options for “Cash on Delivery”?

 

You may choose to pay by cash, check, or direct debit from your bank account.

For cash payments, please have the exact amount ready upon delivery.

For check payments, only current-dated checks are accepted. The check date must be the same as or earlier than the delivery date (including the following day).
Example: If delivery is on August 1, 2025, checks dated August 1 or August 2, 2025 (or earlier) will be accepted.

1. Can I Request a Specific Delivery Time?

 

Our delivery team plans routes based on the daily schedule. If you require delivery at a specific time, a dedicated delivery service can be arranged at your own expense.

 

2. Can I Pay by Check Upon Delivery?

 

Yes. Only current-dated checks are accepted. The check date must be on or before the delivery date (including the next day).
Example: For a delivery on August 1, 2025, only checks dated August 1 or August 2, 2025 (or earlier) will be accepted.

4. Can I Request Delivery to Another Address or Floor?

 

According to GDP (Good Distribution Practice) regulations, products must be delivered to the address stated on the delivery note and handed directly to the authorized recipient or facility. Pharmaceuticals must not be left at alternative locations.

5. Can I Hand Over Returned Products Directly to the Delivery?

 

  1. If you notice that the delivered items do not match your order, you may refuse to accept the delivery immediately.
  2. For any return requests after receiving the goods, please submit an online return application or contact our Customer Service at 0800-865-688. Once the return is approved, our delivery personnel will collect the items along with a Return Authorization Form. 

 

6. Do Controlled Substances Require Delivery Verification Upon Receipt?

 

Yes. As required by law, all deliveries of controlled drugs must undergo on-site verification to confirm product quantity, packaging integrity, and accurate receipt records. Both the recipient and the delivery driver must jointly open and check all packages upon delivery.

 

7. What Are the GDP Regulations for Cold Chain Pharmaceutical Distribution?

 

Q: What Are the Conditions for Purchasing Cold Chain Pharmaceuticals?

A: As stipulated by the Taiwan Food and Drug Administration (TFDA), manufacturers and licensed pharmaceutical distributors involved in cold chain drug transactions must comply with GDP requirements starting from January 1, 2022, to ensure product quality and patient safety. Companies without GDP certification covering cold chain operations are not permitted to purchase cold chain pharmaceuticals. 
 

Q: Is It Necessary to Submit Our TDFA GDP Certificate if Our Company Is Already Certified?

A: Yes. Please provide a copy of your TFDA-issued GDP certificate or approval letter, which helps DKSH Customer Service verify or update your company’s eligibility for purchasing and storing GDP-compliant cold chain products.
