Zurich, Switzerland, June 6, 2013 – With the entry of Bruno Sidler as COO at the beginning of February 2013, DKSH has strengthened its management team in order to support the implementation of its strategy for sustainable, profitable growth. After his successful introduction, the operational heads of the four Business Units Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Performance Materials and Technology now report to Bruno Sidler, who in turn reports to the CEO, Joerg Wolle.
The Business Unit Technology will be repositioned within the COO responsibility. The current head of the Technology unit, Adrian Eberle, is leaving the company. On an interim basis, the Business Unit will be led by Bruno Sidler. Details regarding the development of DKSH's business activities will be published with the Half-Year Report on August 13, 2013.
