DKSH Expands Distribution Agreement With Kemin Food Technologies in Thailand

DKSH has expanded its food and beverage ingredients portfolio in Thailand through a distribution partnership with Kemin Food Technologies, a leading provider of food technologies. Under this collaboration, DKSH will strengthen Keminโ€™s presence in the Thai market by supporting food manufacturers with advanced solutions to enhance food safety, extend shelf life, and improve food quality. This agreement builds on the successful collaboration in Cambodia, Indonesia, Myanmar, the Philippines, and Vietnam.ย 



Bangkok, Thailand, February 9, 2026 โ€“ DKSHโ€™s Business Unit Performance Materials, a leading distributor of specialty chemicals and ingredients, will provide marketing and sales, distribution and logistics, and technical support services for Kemin Food Technologies in Thailand, leveraging DKSHโ€™s local market expertise and integrated service offering to support the development of Keminโ€™s food ingredients business in this key market. By collaborating with Kemin Food Technologies in the Thai market, DKSH will enhance market reach for solutions that improve food safety as well as quality and extend shelf life.

Kemin develops ingredient technologies, including solutions for product protection, shelf-life optimization, and quality preservation, that enhance the safety, stability, and sensory performance of food and beverages worldwide. Keminโ€™s solutions support food manufacturers in maintaining product integrity while addressing regulatory compliance standards.ย 

In Thailand, DKSHโ€™s food and beverage innovation centers provides laboratory services and product evaluations to support formulation development and application testing. These capabilities will complement Keminโ€™s customer laboratory services, enabling food manufacturers to access combined local and global scientific expertise to accelerate product development and reduce time-to-market.

Kemin has entrusted DKSH to grow its food ingredients business in Thailand, following a successful regional collaboration established more than five years ago for Cambodia, Indonesia, Myanmar, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
