Precolumn MicroFilters are specifically designed to directly connect into your microbore or analytical column. Total theoretical void volume is only 0.5 μL (includes frit volume) and the PEEK tubing used in the assembly of these units has a 0.005” (125 μm) ID, virtually eliminating any mixing of the sample with the mobile phase.

The total theoretical void volume and PEEK tubing used for this assembly virtually eliminates mixing of samples in the mobile phase. It has a porosity of 0.5µm. This assembly includes (5) C-425, (1) F-172, (1) P-416.

Our Precolumn MircoFilter w/PEEK frit connects directly into microbore or analytical columns. The void volume used is the design of this MicroFilter eliminates mixing of samples in the mobile phase. It is designed for 1/16" tubing OD. This assembly includes (5) A-735, (1) F-132, (1) P-416. The M-560-1 comes with one PEEK frit ( A-735).
