Idex - Ultra High Pressure Multiport Connectors - VHP Stainless Steel ZDV Unions

These very high pressure, zero-dead-volume (ZDV) unions are precision machined from 316 stainless steel, carefully passivated, then thoroughly rinsed. Each comes complete with stainless steel nuts and ferrules. It is supplied with fittings for 1/16 inches outer diameter or 1/8 inches outer diameter tubing. Union assemblies have a pressure rating of 20,000 psi (1,380 bar) or higher.

Available models

VHP Stainless Steel Unions are precision machined from 316 stainless steel. Our mechanically strong and reliable union offers zero dead volume (ZDV) allowing tubing to be joined without interrupting the fluidic path.

Our ZDV Union Assembly is SSI, Waters or Valco Compatible and precision machined from 316 stainless steel. Our mechanically strong and reliable union offers zero dead volume (ZDV) allowing tubing to butt up against each other without interrupting the fluidic path.
