Our valve accessories include a variety of products that work with and are specific to our valve mechanics. From Sample Loops, driver boards, or to mounting brackets we offer a wide array of accessories to meet your system requirements. We also include tools that work specifically with our valve and valve components.

Available models

These high quality stainless steel sample loops have burr-free, square-cut ends to ensure a flush connection to valve ports. The size designations of loops are nominal. Since both standards and unknowns are usually analyzed using the same sample loop, knowledge of the actual, volume is rarely needed. Stainless steel sample loops are supplied with fittings that are not swaged onto the tube. It is important that the loop be completely bottomed in the injector port before the ferrule is swaged onto the tube.

Flexible PEEK sample loops are metal-free alternatives to stainless steel loops. PEEK loop ends are provided with clean, straight cuts for easy valve installation. PEEK polymer is inert to almost all organic solvents and is biocompatible, giving PEEK loops added versatility. Like metal loops, the size designations of PEEK loops are nominal. PEEK sample loops are also supplied with unswaged fittings but do not require the same swaging precaution. The fittings can reposition along the loop tubing when the fitting reinserts in the ports for correct loop installation.

Our TitanHP printed circuit board driverboards works with their respective valve model (no.1 for MHP7900/9900-500-1, no.2 for MHP7960/9960-500) and comes with a 1-Line Level Logic Control. It adds functionality of motor drive without significantly affecting the valve's small footprint.

This printed circuit board driverboard which is designed for use with a 6 position TitanHP valve, also adds functionality of motor drive without significantly affecting the valve's small footprint.

The suction needle adapter allows for suction-loading of a valve for metal free loading of your sample loop.

Our Needle Port Accessories are designed for sample injection valves permitting the loading of the sample loop by means of conventional syringes. They are made so the least amount of sample is wasted. They can be used in analyses requiring biocompatibility with no metal contact in the fluid stream. These are made of PEEK material.

Our Injection Port Adapters are designed to accept standard 22 gauge Hamilton-style injection syringe needles. Conveniently, no additional swept volume is added to the fluid pathway by our adapters as the needle buts directly against the connecting tubing during injections. Our Adapters can be bulkhead mounted or mounted with the v-447 Kits.


  • PEEK MicroTight® Ferrule 5/16-24 Coned, for 360µm OD

This MicroTight Ferrule is part of a family of fittings which offer a unique system consisting of three different ferrules and a female nut. It is designed to use the applicable ferrule to connect tubing to our MicroTight connectors, such as MicroTees and MicroCrosses. This ALL PEEK ferrule delivers excellent chemical resistance. It has a 5/16-24 Coned port configuration and is for a for 360µm outer diameter. It comes in natural color and black.

  • VHP Female Nut (Micro Fittings), 5/16-24 Coned Black

Our PEEK VHP (Very High Pressure) Female Nut is for use with a microferrules. It is manufactured from a proprietary PEEK blend (PK) which allow them to be used at higher temperatures (up to 200° C) and higher pressures. It has a 5/16-24 coned port geometry. This Female nut for microferrules comes in natural, black and green.

  • MIV Injection Port Adapter Assembly

Our Micro-Injection Port Adapter Assembly is designed to ensure no additional swept volume be introduced to the fluidic pathway. To introduce sample, simply connect capillary tubing to the assembly. It is for 360 um outer diameter tubing and it accepts 22 gauge Hamilton-style injection syringe needles.

 

  • Adj Injection Port Adapter

This adjustable injection port adapter is for a 1/4-28 Flat-Bottom port configuration. These adapters can be bulkead mounted or mounted with the V-447 Kits. No additional swept volume is added to the fluidic pathway because the needle butts directly against the connecting tubing during injection. It is made of PPS material.

 

  • Tubing/Ferrule Assembly for Adj. j. Port

This is replacement tubing and a ferrule assembly for Injection Port Adapters for 1/4-28 Flat-Bottom port configuration. It is made of PEEK material.

 

  • Replacement Tubinging/Fitting Assembly for M-432 & M-433 (Tubing outer diameter 360µm)

Our replacement tubing/fitting assembly is for use with our micro injection port adapters specifically designed to accepts standard 22 gauge Hamilton-style injection syringe needles. No additional swept volume is added to the fluid pathway by this adapter, as the needle butts directly against the connecting tubing during injections.

 

  • Micro Injection Port Adapter Assembly

Our Micro-Injection Port Adapter Assembly is designed to ensure no additional swept volume be introduced to the fluidic pathway. To introduce sample, simply connect capillary tubing to the assembly. It is for 360 um outer diameter tubing and it accepts 22 gauge Hamilton-style injection syringe needles. This assembly includes a mini-actuator bracket and 2 mounting screws.

 

The smartly designed IDEX Wrench is a double-ended slotted socket wrench that fits over 1/16 inches and 1/18 inches outer diameter tubing. It easily loosens and tightens 1/4 inches and 5/16 inches hex head stainless steel or PEEK fittings. The "Z" shape of our IDEX Wrench provides ideal leverage for changing sample loops and fittings, and keeps one end from restricting the use of the other. Our mounting brackets and panels of different shapes and sizes organize and provide a sturdy support for IDEX Health and Science valves. We also offer replacement fittings and O rings for the MXX Series Valves.

Our Wrench is designed specifically to engage with hex-head fittings of most commonly used Valves. It is slotted to fit over 1/16" and 1/8"OD tubing and has 1/4 inches and 5/16 inches internal hex ends

This Valve Angle Bracket is designed at a (90°) angle for specific mounting placement of valves.

Our valve bracket is specifically designed to be mounted on a ring stand to place valves in desired locations.

Use these replacement Ferrules for 1/16" tubing with the MXX Series II valves. Our ferrule is specifically designed to be part of a system that helps prevent the twisting of polymer tubing by gripping tubing at two compression points.

  • O-Rings, for 1/16 inches outer diameter tubing, MLP, MXX, Pack of 25 units

Use these replacement O-Rings for 1/16" OD tubing with the MXX Series II valves. This mechanical gasket in the shape of a torus; it is a loop of elastomer with a round cross-section, designed to be seated in a groove and compressed during assembly between two or more parts, creating a seal at the interface.
