Each year, Forbes evaluates 1,400 European-based companies based on accounting and governance practices. For this purpose, Forbes refers to the AGR (Accounting and Governance Risk) Score, a rating published by the New York-based investment decision provider MSCI, which helps investors and other business partners to identify risks and opportunities.
AGR assesses companies considering their risk management, revenue and expense recognition, asset and liability valuation as well as corporate governance. Companies with a high valuation are considered particularly trustworthy. DKSH for the past four quarters achieved an average AGR score of 88 out of 100.
