For the second consecutive year, DKSH has gained important industry recognition at the Asia eCommerce awards 2020, this time even in nine key categories. This represents another milestone for DKSH’s eCommerce team with the aim of fostering excellence in the areas of digital strategy, performance marketing and eCommerce capabilities.

For the second consecutive year, DKSH has gained important industry recognition at the Asia eCommerce awards 2020, this time even in nine key categories. This represents another milestone for DKSH’s eCommerce team with the aim of fostering excellence in the areas of digital strategy, performance marketing and eCommerce capabilities.

Singapore, December 22, 2020 ‒ DKSH’s eCommerce team stood tall among the circle of winners at the 2020 Asia eCommerce Awards, presented by MARKETING magazine, Asia’s leading source of advertising, marketing and media intelligence. An independent jury consisting of industry experts recognized DSKH’s achievements in the following nine categories: One Gold trophy in the category Best in eCommerce (eRetailer) – Food & Beverage for PepsiCo Singapore; four Silver trophies in the categories Best in eCommerce (eRetailer) – Health & Beauty for Unilever International, Best in eCommerce (Brands) – Food & Beverage for PepsiCo Singapore, Best in eCommerce (Brands) – Lifestyle & Travel as well as Best eCommerce Consultant for LEGO Thailand and another four Bronze trophies in the categories Best in eCommerce (Brands) – Healthcare & Pharma for Unilever International, Best in eCommerce (eRetailer) – Health & Beauty for Johnson & Johnson Vietnam, Best in eCommerce (Supermarkets/Hypermarkets) for DKSH Singapore and Best eCommerce Consultant for KDE Investment and Trading.

 

Digitization is a key pillar of DKSH’s strategy. By rolling-out digital business models and leveraging data and analytics, DKSH has continuously extended its eCommerce capabilities over the past years. In 2020, eCommerce net sales have reached over 150 million Swiss francs and with that, have increased ten-fold during the last four years. DKSH currently offers its eCommerce operations in ten Asian markets and promotes more than 900 brands across a broad range of FMCG, consumer health, beauty and lifestyle categories. Thanks to its unique omni-channel approach, DKSH successfully manages end-to-end eCommerce activities, ranging from operations to commercials, including effective performance marketing campaigns.
