Stringent regulations, including regular inspections, certification processes, and strict hygiene controls, are in place to ensure that food businesses adhere to high standards.

As such, DKSH has proven our resolute dedication to ensuring the food safety practices adopted across the entire supply chain are based on international standards and cutting-edge technologies. By providing enhanced traceability, transparency, and automation throughout the supply chain, we can monitor the safety and risks of the food we store, deliver, and ultimately keep consumers safe.

Through fostering collaboration with the industry and government, we aim to shape a flexible, resilient, and sustainable food safety management ecosystem to navigate the challenges that the global food supply chain brings. For our efforts, we were bestowed the prestigious Hong Kong Achieves Diamond Enterprise Honor at the GS1 Food Safety Awards 2023.

Additionally, we have been partners with Feeding HK, a charity organization that aims to fight hunger and provide nutritious food to those in need, since 2022. We have donated over 75,000 meals to impoverished locals and those going through food insecurity.
