The DAIHAN ThermoStable™ SON SMART Ovens, Gravity Convection-type, provides you with a range of capacities from 32, 50, 105 to 155 Liters. The products are well-built with Smart-Lab™ Controller, 4″Full Touch Screen, Fuzzy-PID control, WiRe™ Service, with Certificate & Traceability, and temperature control up to 230℃, ±0.5℃.
