With the industry’s most complete selection of standard device holders, chances are we already have a holder that will fit your product. If not, we can build one for you, exactly tailored to your requirements.

Are you introducing a innovative new device design? Our experts will work with you to create a custom holder that meets your needs and allows for human-realistic automated actuation. Many years of experience have taught our engineers to take even seemingly small details into account—like making dose counters available to view to verify proper performance, and designing mechanical fingers that accurately reflect how human fingers would contact different surfaces.

Our OINDP experience also translates to holders for OTC products, such as continuous valve spray cans, fragrance pumps, and other household products.

Proveris offers three main device cassette options for our Kinaero High Throughput pMDI Fire-Down System, compatible with 20+ currently marketed MDI device designs. Devices or canisters can be loaded 10 at a time and easily secured with our convenient hinged clam shell design.

For a new device designs that might not fit one of our standard options, we can work with you to design a custom cassette that exactly meets your needs.

These easy-to-use, ergonomic kits offer a simple solution for wasting and sample collection across a wide range testing applications. An easy-on/easy-off design allows integration with other test workflows such as Droplet Size Distribution (DSD) and Spray Pattern (SP) analysis.

  • Spray Content Uniformity (SCU)
  • Pump Delivery for Metered and Delivered Dose Weights
  • Pump Priming
  • Force to Actuate Characterization
  • Wasting for Through-life Testing

Sample Collector Kit

  • Used for spray content uniformity and pump delivery for delivered dose weights
  • Precise nozzle tip alignment ensures a complete spray collection and eliminates sample loss due to “spray and flip” manual methods
  • Standardizes collection for consistent technique across lab operators to eliminate user variability
  • Includes sample tube cap for sample processing

Waste Collector Kit

  • Used for spray content uniformity (fire down), pump delivery for metered dose weights, pump priming studies, force to actuate characterization, wasting for through-life testing
  • Precise nozzle tip alignment ensures complete collection of the spray
  • Large volume lets you waste multiple devices into the same collector

Used with the Vereo SFMDx actuator, this stand allows easy mating to a cascade impactor for testing aerodynamic particle size distribution (APSD).

  • Height of the device mouthpiece is easily adjustable
  • Solid, secure mounting to base plate ensures operator safety

With options available for each nasal actuator type, this stand lets you position the actuator at the proper height and location for use on a Malvern Spraytec™ system for Droplet Size Distribution (DSD).

  • Malvern has certified Proveris' actuators as the preferred brand for use on the Spraytec system.
