We have also been supporting Ovaltine’s procurement operations in Vietnam.

Challenge

Although the outsourcing procurement market has been expanding globally, this type of service was not common in Vietnam. Our clients needed to organize numerous activities to support the sales force and to develop their brands nationwide.

They wanted to raise the effectiveness and efficiency of project implementation with the ability for a single process and comprehensive working procedure in their procurement procedures. To reassure vendor commitment and execution quality, they also required better compliance methods in place to manage the potential risks.

Its customer satisfaction rate for the payment process and the vendor’s performance achieved higher scores while continuing to run operations without interruption in recent years.

Our procurement team played a critical part in helping Ovaltine achieve its marketing and promotional campaigns with a faster and more effective approach.
