DKSH Wins Six Global Awards for its Customer-Facing Portal, DKSH Discover

DKSH Business Unit Performance Materials has received six industry awards (four at the Asia eCommerce Awards 2022, and one each from Digital Beauty Awards 2022 and SAP) for efforts to accelerate digital transformation through its customer-facing portal, DKSH Discover.

Organized by Marketing-Interactive magazine, the Asia eCommerce Awards 2022 recognizes excellence displayed by organizations for their eCommerce efforts across Asia Pacific.

DKSH Discover received the following honours at the Asia eCommerce Awards 2022:

  • Gold Award for Best eCommerce Campaign – B2B for its overall strategy to drive online business while improving its eCommerce portal within a B2B target market. DKSH Discover successfully implemented campaigns that improved retention and increased audience acquisition
  • Gold Award for Best Use of UX/UI Design for its intuitive user interface and user experience, developed in close collaboration with DKSH's Group Marketing UX/UI design experts. DKSH Discover’s latest design features a convenient user interface with access to products, cutting-edge formulations, the option to compare products by supplier, function, and application, order products online, as well as connect with technical experts in all 53 DKSH innovation centers around the world
  • Gold Award for Best eCommerce Solution for its innovative range of solutions provided to clients and customers, including an interactive platform design, advanced search options, and analytic solutions
  • Bronze Award for Best eCommerce Brand – B2B for successfully expanding its B2B business through eCommerce advancements by improving the user journey from pre- to post-sale services

The recognitions received from Digital Beauty Awards 2022 (DBA) organized by the Beauty Cluster, the largest Spanish cosmetics, perfumery and personal care cluster; and SAP, a leading global producer of software for businesses, include:

  • Digital Transformation Award from DBA for the introduction of digital enhancements to DKSH Discover and for being an advanced eCommerce platform in the cosmetics, perfumery, and personal care sector. DKSH Discover received the award from over 300 nominations
  • Best Customer Experience Management from SAP recognized Business Unit Performance Materials’ excellence in adopting SAP technologies to innovate and transform industries to drive greater business outcomes

The awards recognize the efforts of the Digital@PM team to continuously enhance the customer experience of DKSH Discover since its launch in 2020, which has, in turn, resulted in the Business Unit seeing a 260% increase in its digital business.
